Personality:
She’s stubborn and foul-tempered, but strangely doesn't like to resort to violence. More-over she is pretty spunky and opinionated. It's hard for her to actually hide her true feelings and will tell people what she's thinking about easily, with this Tsubaki turns out to be a terrible liar. Tsubaki gets frustrated easily so it’s a wonder how she gets anything done but she also has determination and that overpowers her frustration most of the time. A lot of the time She likes to use sarcasm even if it annoys someone else to no end. Tsubaki is a bit forgetful so whenever she can she has people remind her of things or she finds a place or write it down so in her house is filled with sticky notes. Tsubaki doesn't exactly like being the one under pressure and would probably try to avoid being the leader of anything just for the sheer fact of the decision making on her shoulders. favorite colors are light blue and soft green, with her favorite food being anything sour and bitter. Her mental weakness are things that are adorable, that being little figurines or children(not pedophile-like) she will act like she's under a spell. Once in a while she'll hum a little tune that she heard from her oldest sister when she was younger.

Back Ground:

Pre-Academy
Tsubaki was born on a sunny day in Konoha. It wasn't a day that was all that special or awe-inspiring, many children were born that day and no big event was occurring. It seemed an important day to her parents, though, which no one was surprised about. They had done the most amazing thing two people could do together, they fostered life. Her life from there forward was normal and uninteresting. She made friends with neighbor's children, played ninja, dreamed of her life in the future, and lived as any normal child would. After a few years of boring life, she started going to the ninja academy.

Academy
It was on her first day in the Academy that Tsubaki would meet the boy that would become her life long friend, Kaito. They didn’t have much in common, Kaito was an only child from a well off family that had no particular abilities, whereas Tsubaki was one of many siblings that had little money. Despite this they got on fantastically from the start and Tsubaki saw Kaito as another brother. While neither of them were rude or mischievous they would constantly find themselves in trouble with their teachers. Despite this they encouraged each other in their studies and training and while other children were becoming part of larger social groups during break times Tsubaki and Kaito were content to sit in the corner of the training ground and play among themselves, talking about what great ninjas they would be when they graduated. Tsubaki's experience at the Academy wasn’t strictly her own. She was the fourth Itou to go through the academy in as many years and of the seven families, 3 of them had children in the academy at the time. This lead to many of them spending time with each other during breaks but Tsubaki rarely accepted invitations to join them, preferring to spend more time on her own or with Kaito. She was in his final year, all of her brothers having passed with flying colors, when her sister Kiyoko joined the academy and she and Kaito took her under their wings and guided her through the trials of the first few weeks in school but again the time came when she had to leave Hana to forge her own path, the graduation exams were upon them. tsubaki reluctantly passed, she didn’t want to leave her sister, yet she didn’t want to stay in the Academy, it was the first inner conflict of many to come for the young Konoha Ninja.

Genin
In tsubaki's genin years she was not paired up with Kaito like she had so hoped she would but with two guys named, Sano and Izashi and her sensei's name was young kunoichi called Kuro. Tsubaki was bitter to her teammates because she wasn't used to being by new people. This created friction between the group and their sensei wanted to fix this somehow. So she put them through a lot of trust and teamwork training. At first Tsubaki thought it was pointless and it wouldn't change anything. After about two weeks later Tsubaki finally realized that she need to cooperate with her teammates. Their sensei was proud that they all learned that value and finally signed them with missions. Most of the missions were fairly easy to Tsubaki, mostly just cleaning around the village and escorting people. In her genin years though she thought about her old friend a lot, she could not see him very much anymore because they were both so busy with missions and team training. She couldn't wait till she got to be a chuunin and finally see Kaito again after so long.

Chuunin
With the Chuunin exams Tsubaki's team were very excited and willing to go through it with their heads held high. Tsubaki struggled with the intellectual testing but with the physical and fighting she aced no problem. Her teammates were almost the same but did much better with the intellectual testing then herself. Kaito seemed to have passed the exams as well which made Tsubaki very happy. With being a chuunin Tsubaki had more daring and adventurous missions to go on. She learned better jutsu's as well. By this time she had more free time between missions. She hung out with Kaito more and learned that he changed in a way that she didn't like. He had become more cold and distant to her, she was confused about why he begun to act like this to her and asked him many times. The only thing he told her was that it was none of her business. After finally figuring out that he wouldn't change back into his old self she stopped talking to him altogether. After that her level of trust in others went down and she only wanted things to go back to the way things used to be. Unfortunately that would never happen for her and she knew it. After a couple months she had enough experience to become a Jounin. The new level of respect and adventure that would come from being a Jounin made Tsubaki enthusiastic.

The hot sun beamed down on the Konoha ninja as the sun was coming up to greet a new day. The blonde haired kunoichi stared in disbelief at her childhood friend as he turned away from her. "Why Kaito? You don't act like how you used to, what changed you?" She asked him with a questioning look in her eye's. The boys head drooped down a little and sighed. The next words to Tsubaki would being the last she heard from him for as long as she knew. Kaito looked back at her, "just leave me alone, its none of your business!" His voice was as cold as ice and she couldn't stand how it sounded. "I don't want us to speak anymore!" The words stung her as she stood in the same spot, Kaito on the other hand took this moment to leave the girl behind. Tsubaki wanted to say something to stop him from leaving, but nothing would escape her.He was gone, Tsubaki turned around and left to go back home. Their was too much on her mind, but her brain had the one defense mechanism that would put her back in order, she blocked it out. The rest of the day was like any other till night came. It would seem like her brain couldn't contain the memory as she just looked out her window and stared up at the night sky while silent tears went down her face.

1. Name: Air Shuriken Storm
Rank: B
Element: Wind
Description: Using a large part of your chakra you create a storm of Air Chakra Shurikens that rain down on your opponent. At lower levels like a Genin this move will use up most of your chakra and do a fair amount of damage to your target. This attack is an Area of Effect, and you must first be air born for it to work properly. Hand seals needed Ne, Ushi, Tora(Rat, Ox, Tiger). At higher levels this move is no where near as draining, and with higher chakra levels can create larges fields of effect or intensity of the Shurikens.

2. Name: Water blast

Description: After the appropriate hand signs the user an spawn a strong jet of water at their opponent. This water jet is able to damage the opponent quite a bit at first hit, but as the jet constantly hits the enemy the damage will lower down depending on how much it is used. This jutsu can be used to repulse weaponry such as kunai and shuriken when thrown and can also knock back enemies at close distance. This jutsu can works very well against fire style projectiles, fire style jutsus and putting out fires in general.


3, Name: Water wall

Description: Water Wall is a simple and effective defensive technique that most shinobi with the Water Element Affinity use. It allows the user to send up a wall of water to deflect physical attacks. Unfortunately, it doesn't do much against earth style attacks because of its weakness on the element chart, and it only requires the Rat and Horse seals, or Ne, Uma, to create a wall. The wall can be straight, circular or semi-circular, but the disadvantage to this is a lack of both visibility and mobility.

4. Name: Whirlwind fist

Description: It creates a strong current of spinning air around the first of the user. Once the user punches either the air in front of the user or the user itself the current is released forward in a vortex of strong spinning wind.This can be used to throw off the path of projectiles, counter earth jutsu as it rips them apart create a high pressure zone, increasing air resistance to electricity or to simply blow opponents in a spinning manner to disorient them. This uses a fair amount. of chakra and requires very strong chakra control.

5. Name: Wind scar

Description: The user channels wind chakra into their weapon then performs hand signs.The user must then find the right chakra spot.After finding the right chakra spot the user swings the weapon and a powerful energy wave comes out severely injuring the target.

6. Name: Human octopus

Description: After forming hand seals, three tentacles will grow on each of the user's shoulders. The tentacles were made entirely of water, making them weak against earth and lightning but effective against fire and normal against wind. The tentacles’ length was about eight meters, extending up to ten with more chakra.

Description: With a small series of hand seals, the user can cause a large spike to shoot from the ground at the opponent. The size of the spike depends on how much chakra is used.

Description: The user stomps the ground, sending out a ripple in the earth that would knock over any running opponents, and make even those standing still to stumble. Requires moderate chakra use as well.
